Show up sharp. Document everything with photos. Communicate issues the same day. Santino is your crew lead — his word is the standard on site. Quality is non-negotiable.

Payroll runs bi-weekly. Hours are logged and reviewed by Doug. If you have a question about your pay or schedule, Doug (STABILITY) is your first contact.

How to Submit a Field Walk
Open F1ELD Capture, select your project, photograph conditions, and submit. Takes 3 minutes. Every job needs one before work starts.

Starting a New Project
All new work goes through Project Intake. Mike or Tim assigns the project ID. Don't start tracking anything until a case file exists.

Code requirements, AIA document guides, spec lookups, inspection checklists. If you need a number, it's probably in here.

Raise a Challenge
Something blocking you or the job? Open The Covenant and raise it. Assign to the right virtue. It gets tracked and resolved — no issues fall through.

Check Job Status
The Project Portal has every active job — scope progress, photos, crew, notes, and the client communication thread. Tim updates it. Clients see it live.

For site emergencies call Mike directly at (602) 355-0065. For non-urgent ops questions, Tim is your first call. Document everything after.
